Terms & Conditions

  1. To be entitled to rebate accumulation & redemption, please quote your Amigo ID (mobile # or email address) before making payment.
  2. Rebates may not be exchanged for cash.
  3. Rebates may not be transferred or combined between Amigos.
  4. Amino Amigo Loyalty Program is not valid with any other prevailing promotions, discounts or privileges such as prepaid coupons, loyalty stamps, mall shopping vouchers, credit card discounts, etc.
  5. Amino Amigo Loyalty Program is not valid with home delivery.
  6. Accumulated rebates for each year are redeemable till 31 December of the following year.  For example, rebates for the year 2010 can be accumulated till 31 December 2010, & will be valid till 31 December 2011.  All rebates not redeemed within the given period will expire.
  7. Accumulated rebates at point of purchase will be updated by the following day & will only be available for redemption on subsequent days.
  8. The redemption privileges & conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of The Amino Bar Pte. Ltd.
  9. Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of & is subjected to its terms & conditions.

The Amino Bar Pte. Ltd. will endeavour to ensure that all information it publishes in relation to the Amino Amigo Loyalty Program is accurate.

 

General

  1. The Amino Bar Pte. Ltd. may at any time at its discretion suspend or terminate the Amino Amigo Loyalty Program.  If The Amino Bar Pte. Ltd. terminates the Amino Amigo Loyalty Program, you will have 1 month from the notice of termination to redeem your rebates.
  2. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, The Amino Bar Pte. Ltd. shall have the absolute discretion to determine & vary these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior reference to you, including the eligibility terms & criteria & the program.  If at any time you are found to be disqualified from the Program by The Amino Bar Pte. Ltd. due to any reason whatsoever, all rebates held in your name shall be disregarded & forfeited with immediate effect & The Amino Bar Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any such action.

 

* Amino Bar may at its own discretion increase or decrease the rate of conversion for rebates in respect of settled transactions.
